The main wash, rinse and final rinse water is controlled by solenoids which open and close the water valves inside the machine. Sounds like one of yours is gone.
You could do a short test by changing the main wash valve with the final rinse valve and then see if the machine fills. You can work out which one is which by tracing the small water pipes leading to the various sections of the dispenser tray
They are easy to replace. Dont try to repair them-it never works. Go to: www.espares.co.uk for the parts
