My hotpoint wma 46 won't heat water. I have changed the heater element and that hasnt worked. Any suggestions?

Possibly a broken wire, check where the wires pass the front concrete weight(notorious for chaffing there) good luck

you would need to trace the two leads from the element back to timer for breaks (open circuit) you would need a meter to do this, if no break would suspect timer
