my bosch classixx 6 1400 express has locked/paused?

I accidently leant against something on the front of the machine, and it has stopped 4 minutes into the wash. The remaining time is displayed as1.01 hour and a key is above - not usually seen i think. The starter button flashes, but the machine won't re-start
