Machine sometimes goes "dead" after finishing a programme?

My Bosch WF02467GB has recently, occasionally become completely "dead", but only aer finishing a programme. It sometimes can take up to 4 days before it is suddenly "alive" again and the display is lit.
What could be causing this?
