try cleaning the filter first,it should be at the front of the machine at the bottom. might be under a snap off pannel, looks line a petrol cap, when you onscrew it all of the water in the drum will rush out,so get a bin liner bag to catch it, as a bucket will not get that low, take out the filter and clean it out , and then try it, if that dont work , well check the pump, it should be linked to the drum, by a one tube, take the tube off it, and check for dirt or a hair cilps /ect, that stopping it working , have the power off when working on the machine, but check the filter first...
