McCulloch chainsaws (MAC140 and MAC170) service manuals?

Can anyone tell me where I can download service manuals for these two chainsaws? I've tried McCulloch's site and a couple of others but no joy. I think both need new carburettor diaphragms but I want to check the timing/ignition/CB points set up too.
