my x type cd system wont eject?

my system reads cdc error and i cant eject the 6 stack cartridge, power is there but nothing happens excepy a usual noise but no ejection

see if there is a very small pin hole , just under or around the cd tray. sitck a pin into it, and cd tray should pop open,
