Take a look on the rear wall inside your fridge, if your model is the wet back variety then it will have drain channel,make sure the little hole in the channel isn't blocked up.
Some have a little plunger in the hole and it is cleay marked"keep drain clear", use something like a pipe cleaner and poke it down the hole.
