How can I reset the washer? I have tried fewer clothes in a cycle, I'm still getting the same message. The cycle isn't draining all the water from the final spin.

locate the filter (usualy at bottom of machine), take the cover off if fitted then unscrew the filter, WARNING!!! take care many towels may be needed especially if there is a lot of water in the machine, as the water will end up on the floor.you will probably find the filter is clogged, empty then replace
