The HEATED DRY, QUICK RINSE , AND LOCK LIGHT all go on when i try to start a NORMAL WASH cycle. I dont know here manual is ... when i hold HEATED DRY DOWN FOR 4-5 seconds the # 2 Delay hours LIGHT COMES ON and others go off. I'm sure there is a code to unlock dishwasher PLS HELP
