Hi i bought a leisure hja6100 american style fridge freezer 14 months ago from howdens and now it its stopped getting cold, could it be the thermostat if so where is it
American style you have more than one thermostat. is compressor running, lights on Power etc. Could be lots of things.
BUT as other, 14 months should last a lot longer, complain.

ring servicing as long as you have the receipt for the goods from the shop.stuff should last a reasonable length of time 14 month for a fridge /freezer isn't reasonable length of time !!
