Any ideas as to why my Armitage dual flush toilet cistern has become sluggish. It is 8 years old and worked perfectly at installation. I have tried dismantling and cleaning it with no real improvement. I have to hold the top operated flush button down for the entire flush period for it to deliver any water at all.
