I have a FERSYSTEM TECH 31 C and atm it wont turn off. The only way to turn it off is to cut all power to it. So each time we go to have hot water we have to turn it on and then the heating kicks in even when on the main switch board its off.

I have posted several questions on this site for the same product I'm guessing the product is that crap no one bothers with it?

If we do not know the system, We cannot give accurate answers, with more information, we may be able to give educated guess. As 'P' was unable to find info, I am not going to look.
SO what you need to do, is describe the system. IS it a combi boiler, from what you say I would think not. What pump does it have, It will have a three way valve, if combi integrated, otherwise seperate. Control board etc. Need more information to be able to help. Post with as much of a description as you can.
Initial thought, if heating coming on when asked for HW, divertor valve fault

do you have a manual for this system? i have looked on line for their web site, but it comes up in spanish? not much help from them , you might be able to reset it if you can get the manual, you should see if you can get a sparks to look at the wireing, i would say that a lot of peopel have looked at this question, but like me, just dont have the answer, but i would check the wireing first.. sorry i cant help ,p
