How can I fix my Bosch Wash. Mach.? 300 series, #wfmc2201uc?

I can not open the door to my washer, an E-13 fault code comes up...I think it's the wrong detergent, to much detergent, to many suds...I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestion in the manuel...Please let me know if anyones knows how to fix it...Thank You. Sharon
