How can I fix my Zanussi progress washing machine?

Zanussi progress, model ZWF 1631W Washing machine not progressing through programme. eg. fills with water then stops, if skipped on starts then stops again if I get it to spin sounds a bit odd. No errors showing but when I pressed start and skip together it showed E52 ?? any ideas

My zanussi washer/dryer cuts out after about 20 seconds into a programme. Cuts out the main fuse boxes in the house. But works on rinses and dryer. Is this maybe a board problem in the washing machine?
