double glaze door in closed position unlocked but door wont open handle only moves half turn cannot remove hinges

unscrew the handel, and take it off, use a vice grips/ect to turn the bar that goes through the lock, to open the door, the handel could be worn down on the inside, might need a new handel, you wont know untill you take the handel off , to see the problem,

Usually, you cannot remove hinges with door closed, But it depends. Handle only going 1/2 way, something blocking it, could be fault with mechanism, Very difficult to say what to do remotely, Check the hinges again, might be some way to open, remove lock plate, handle etc, might be handle fault.
