sharp xe110a paper won't feed?

Someone pulled on cash register tape and it won't feed now. What do I need to do to fix it?

They have probably damaged the feed gear. Normally you replace the whole printer in this model. Sharp normally do not sell printer parts for this series since it is a tiny throw away printer. Check with a dealer.
