Beko washing machine won't take fabric conditioner?

I can't gt my machine to take the conditioner from the dispenser drawer. Have tried cleaning out all the outlets I can get to and running a hot wash

Water solenoid valve controlling the water to that compartment has failed.
Check connections to valve if faulty replacements are easily obtained.
