switchmaster 805 not turning?

Hi

I hope you can help!

I have just moved into a new place with the heating timer Switchmaster 805.

All turns on fine and the timer works when turning the dial by hand, but it does not turn on its own making it pretty useless!

Does anyone know this problem?
