after logging in to my email, and clicking inbox for mail, there is no options that appear over the inbox section. How do I delete unwanted email? At times after clicking on a specific email, it will not open it up. How do I repair this?

Web-mail, ISP supplied e-mail account or other?
Do you access via the POP3 or IMAP protocol, or with a web browser?
What programm do you use to access your e-mail?
- If it's a web mail service, what browser and what mail service provider do you use?
- If it's a normal e-mail account, what e-mail client do you use?


Without those informations, it's impossible to help you.
