redring expressions 500 is heating less?

We are using a redring expressions 500 and it has just started to lose heating power. The overheat light is not on, but it just produces warm instead of hot water on all settings. Any idea what might be wrong?

It sounds like a heater element has failed, it has two, you really need an electrician to test the elements of the heater tank assembly, spares can easily be found on www.showerspares.com,
Ps it may also be just a micro switch that has failed
