Fisher & Paykel intuitive eco IWL16 - clothes came out caked in MUD?

At first there was an error 37... unplugged and restarted with the machine working properly until the alarm informed me of too many suds. Restarted the machine again without any problems, however, at the end of the wash when I went to transfer all my clothes to the dryer they were caked in MUD! Any suggestions on how to fix my machine? It seems lately that it isn't really cleaning my clothes properly as well.

Firstly, washing machines cannot produce mud or dirt by itself. It had to be put in there either off the dirty clothes or if you have had extremely dirty water lately coming out of the tap. Secondly, how long have you had the machine & how often do you use it. Sounds like it is time to get a service done on it and ask for the inner bowl to be removed and cleaned.
