Could be any part of the initial electrical cct, or the compressor.
You will normally have a suppressor 1st, where the cable enters the m/c. IF you are upto it, disconnect the output from it, So all that is connected is the suppressor, If still blowes, the suppressor, if not blow, Get some one in
