i hav a nissan 06' manual transmission xterra 4x4. im replacing 2nd clutch(in only a year). was told to replace flywheel too. well they're $520.00. someone said i could convert my dual mass flywheel....this is all another language to me? PLEASE HELP. I dont have that kindof of $$

Some models of motor can convert to a solid flywheel eliminating dual mass flywheel problems,another option is to weld the D.M.F as one unit but this is tricky to attain the correct balance and if not done correctly can lead to vibration/premature clutch wear and g/box first motion shaft problems.
