after jamming the upper thread dont find the lower thread. Without changing the feed teeth it goes down and stays down

not a lot of info but is sound like hook timing is out and possible damage to feed dog selection control,best give more info or take it to techno.hook timing can be checked by looking at the needle hook relation,needle eye should be in hook point if timing is correct
