what is wrong?,sabre 25 he, hot water and heating doesn't stay on long?

Hi, i have a sabre 25 he boiler,one minute i have hot water and heating then next minute nothing,
Hot water only stays on for a few minutes and then it's cold,
Any ideas please,
And is this problem easy to fix myself?,

Look like blockage in main heat exchanger and hot water heat exchanger both need clean with sprit of salt not DIY job
