Runtime Error. Do you want to debug?

How can I stop this appearing on sites visited where I want to look up information? I am using Win XP 2P and have IE7 and a Dell Dimension 8300

I agree with Terry. Try an alternative Browser. Firefox or Chrome. Both are free and well regarded.

This is because an application is using some "run time" libraries and failing but you don't say what the application may be so I'll guess that it is a Java applet(s).

Next I would not use IE7, I have heard that is STILL has some problems.

Try moving to Mozilla Firefox and/or checking your Java installation.

Buy a Mac.
