Have tried resetting this stupid remote now endlessly,freezing n full of cold and seriously sick of trying. Continually getting relay light on remote regardless,have purchased numerous batteries stood for an hour or more doing reset procedure n still gt relay light as soon as I set to constant or timed heating n it's really getting past a joke....so called amazing remote system is driving us up the wall. Still no heating!whats point of having hot bath and then sat with no heating...will end up with pneumonia before get it running! Anyone who can solve pls respond bt doubt as have now been sat same predicament for 3wks
