How can i fix a dyson cr01 memory, drum makes an unusual squeeking noise?

when the drum is spinning or rotating normally (not contrarotating) there is a strange squeek / scrape once every revolution, when the drums actuate into contrarotation mode there is a mechanical clicking that acompanies the usual zzzzzzz noise, if the drums are moved manually against each other the usual slack in the sun and planet gears is followed by a load click, it sounds like a thin strip of metal hitting th back of the drum. this machine was bought second hand and the drum, tub, soap dish and computer have all been upgraded last year before i bought it, up until now its been fantastic so i'd like to fix it with out shelling out £85 any ideas
