epson stylus sx435w printer?

my printer keeps duplicating the text making it ineligble. have cleaned nozzles and head

Duplicated characters have nothing to do with the heads. You wasted ink for nothing.

Duplicated characters are sometimes caused by a printer set to comunicate with the computer in full duplex or even in half-duplex mode. Set it as NON-duplex.
Another cause is the computer or the printer set to ECHO the transmission. Disable any echo setting.
