beeping radio?

bolught a replacement radio/cd player for my 206 but every time when i switch it on it is constantly beeping, how can i stop this thankyou

The radio has the car's VIN in its memory chip, so it will beep every few seconds. This is an anti-theft feature.

You need to drive to your dealer, they will be able to put your car's VIN into the radio.
