how can i fix or reprogramme my zanussi 1200 6kg (essential) model :zwf 12070w1. it is not taking in water or spinning drum

no water check water supply and inlet valves with a multimeter
remove the motor and check the motor brushes are ok.anything less than 10mm of carbon is worn out and needs replacing
check the filter area and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely
