I am sorry for the very simple question but our new home has downlights in the kitchen. How can I change the bulbs in them? Thanks very much for your help in advance.
Also, if there's no metal ring they come out if you turn them anti-clockwise. Don't prise them out with a screwdriver, you might get glass in your eye.

there should be a metal ring round the bottom of the lamp squeeze the tabs together and the ring will come out, allowing the lamp to fall out replace the opposite way.
