Need to realign front roller with driving motor?

Re Rebok Fusion Treadmill REV-10301 - the Front Roller Tube does not align properly with the Driving Motor, and as a consequence the Driving Belt is forced to one side until it comes off leaving the motor running but the Running Belt stationery.
