I am looking for a part number ?

I am Looking for a part number for a pcb to overheat stat live and neutral connection harness that has a 5 pin plug on a Halstead Ace High. I have called glen dimplex who now own halstead and they have advised they do not have a part number, I have looked on online for part numbers but cant find one anywhere.
