Have this one got Thermo valve ,if it has you have problem with that replace it ,if not have you bleed the rads take air out if no air,just close all rads one side start boiler set to high In 10mits it will be hot ,open other one by one ,I do not know what boiler you go if combi fill to 1.2bar all time,if with header tank make sure it has water
