i have a viessmann combi boiler there is hot water but my radiators will not come on can you help please

if u have an external thermostat than that would be the first thing to check and also if u have an external timer. if its not that then most likely it could be a diverter valve problem. but its something an engineer would need to check to find the fault if it with the boiler
