How can fix my Pro Mac 3200?

The chainsaw has so much compression that you can't pull the cord. Is there a release?

Take the muffler off and look at the piston and cylinder and see if it is scored up, (deep groves in piston). If so, you have ran saw lean on oil or had an air leak somewhere and the saw is toasted. Parts cost more to repair than to replace the saw. If saw is toasted, best put it on Ebay as a parts saw.
