I have a 2004 Megane with a standard Radio CD. When it's playing a cd it plays fine and the screen shows the track, vol. etc. but after a few track changes or vol. adjustment the screen displays "err CD" and the vol., track change controls stop working. Any ideas?

I am having the same difficulty with a Nissan Kubistar van, which I believe uses the same stereo system as your Megane. Again the ERR CD message occurs only with track changes or volume changes. I have not been able to resolve this.
