Down below sitting on top of the motor copper wiring stator is an electronic device called an RPS (rotor position sensor) it tells the control board what position the motor is at so it can start & run. It is faulty and control mboard can't decide how to run motor properly. That is why you are getting this error code. It will need to be replaced. If you don't have the part (RPS) or know how to change it then you will have to get that repairman out. One of the hazards of choosing to live miles out in the country. Better make sure you tell him the full model number and that he needs to bring an RPS with him.
