The lavatory can not be flushed by pressing either the short or long flush button. Air bubbles emerge around the flushing unit , indicating a leak underwater. Can the unit be removed to replace any parts, easily. The cistern is mounted behind a tiled stud wall, the only easy access being via the service aperture.Does the flushing unit detach readily?
