How can I get this issued solved?
I bought aldis 90014-12 High speed blending and mixing system 9/2012, followed all instructions and machine stopped workingafter a couple of weeks,called customer service,explained problem, was told to send in cut cord and warranty info,did so on 10/31/2012 have not recv any replacement or call back have called a total of 7times!!! still no results please help me in resolving this issue...Thanks
