Diplomat 8132 Cycles endlessly & does not heat water. I have changed the heating element but it still has the same fault, Suggestions would be much appreciated,
there only two things that takes it of the heating cycle,if elements ok,this is the thermostat,or timer u should test parts before u assume there faulty
