my machine timer is away up2 8hrs wash and i cant get it back down low ands?

i did a wash earlier it lasted 3 and half hours as i cant set it 2 a lot lower and my clothes r soaking

if you havent it sorted yet there is a good chance it is syphoning, make sure the end of the outlet hose is higher than the centre of the drum where it enters the waste stand pipe
