I have a friend that had a similar problem some time ago: I remember that he consulted with his tech and he found: a very very high frequency that could be regulated inside the TV. Now I´m not really sure that it is the same problem as yours because my friend TV had horizontal white lines and a rare noise also. I consider you must look for professional opinion.
