Yahoo Messenger is not opening even after providing full
ID and password. It is opening through Yahoo Mail India only. The error shows that Mozilla Firefox is not responding and suggests log in error and cookies adjustment. Please guide me about this error . BEAM Internet provider is good .

Do you use any add on? Whitch ones?
Some may prevent the passage of some cookies from one part of the site to another.

Make sure that you are realy connecting to the genuine yahoo.com site. Use only your bookmarks or an address that you entered yourself in the address bar.
Try going directly to mail.yahoo.com
