The boiler went off and had pump changed on baxi 105e with a groudfoss. head. The water fires up find but the heating fires up then go off and shows up flame failure. Could it be that it is not the correct head however was informed that it worked on other boilers. or could it be a overheat stat.

thats normally associated with a gas fault. if u can see a spark then it either a gas valve faulf or pcb. if theres no ignition then maybe faulty pcb. or even check the gas pressure on the boiler all these need to be diagnosed one at a time to fault find the problem. the grundfoss pump is not associated to this problem i myself have done many the same. its just sometimes boiler problem occur close to each other that people associate them as one
