I have inadvertanty clicked on Abode when I was loading a list of book data from a CD and now cannot open the books; how do I delete this control so that I can open the books. I am not very up on computers.

They spell it differently - ADOBE - you called it Abode which is an easy mistake.

The file type is .pdf (portable document format) and most computer users use Adobe reader to view these sort of files.

Install a free copy of Adobe reader and your book files should open OK

Alternatively open them again in the format you want - Word - HTTP - etc.

There's so much pdf stuff on the internet you might as well get Adobe's reader now
