Hi please help. I have had no water or heating since yesterday.Living in a rented house and cant get out the letting agent engineer.There doesn't seem to be a power supply going to the boiler.No light on either the boiler or the spur. I have changed the fuse in the spur. Also checked the main house fuse box.
So I have no error codes showing

the problem most likely is there is no light at the fuse spur which powers the boiler. check the fuse again see if its blown as if the boilers faulty it may have blown the fuse again. if the fuse is ok then u need to get some1 to check why theres no power there.
