on the display appairs: check out let pipes E15 and it beeps and does not go ahead with the programm. we checked the discherging pipe and it's clear. don't know what to do next.

Had the same problem yesterday. Removed the lower rear panel where the waste pipe exits the machine and there is a large black rubber pipe from the bottom of the drum to the waste pump. Remove this pipe and inside you'll find a course plastic filter. Mine was blocked solid with a hair clip and 31p. P.S You will get wet, best to let the water drain from the machine first by removeing the waste pipe and letting the water siffon out

E15 - Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not blocked.
this code also appears if the pump housing is blocked try cleaning it out
